Funds have been secured in the 2021 /22 Schrinner Council budget to extend the Personalised Public Transport trial at Bellbowrie and Moggill for another six months.
The route has been realigned to include the new Moggill Village Shopping Centre (see image) and the number of services reduced to meet demand for when it is most frequently used.
From this Thursday, 1st July, the new loop route for this “hail and ride” service will start at the Bellbowrie Shopping Plaza to Weekes Road (at Bloomsbury Crescent), to Livesay Road (at Beaufort Crescent), to Moggill Village Shopping Centre, to Moggill Road bus stop near Montanus Drive (to connect to the 444 bus service) and back to Bellbowrie Shopping Plaza.
There will be 12 services daily (from Monday to Friday) running between 9.58am and 1.58pm. Each round trip will take 18 minutes and cost $1.
Council’s website detailing the times of the services will go live at 7pm tomorrow (Wednesday) night. To access the timetable after that time, click here https://bit.ly/3qfFc9v
